Saarland University and State Library (SULB) operates the archive server SaarDok, which archives, catalogues and makes available regional documents in digital form. Each document that is archived is assigned a permanent and unique identifier, which ensures that is permanently citable.
All archived materials are listed in the Saarland Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) as well as in other transregional library catalogues.
Documents on SaarDok that relate to Saarland are also listed and indexed in the Saarland Bibliography database.
