The publishing house Kiepenheuer & Witsch has launched the campaign ‘Germany Reads a Book’.
Reading together has a unifying effect. Every six months, the publisher selects a special title – a book that is intended to stimulate discussion.

The next title for the campaign is Real Americans by Rachel Khong (german version), which will be published on 12 February 2026.

The SULB Book Club will take part in the ‘Germany Reads a Book’ campaign, representing the Saarland in a sense.
