The current temperatures in the reading room are uncomfortable for many people—we’ve heard this, and we understand it very well.

The cause is known: a key component of the ventilation system is defective.

The replacement part has been ordered. Unfortunately, however, we’ll have to be patient a little longer until it can be delivered and installed.

We’re working hard to improve the situation.
