Improper citation in written assignments, seminar papers or theses can often have serious consequences. Students therefore need to ensure that original sources are properly referenced or attributed in their academic work. Zotero is a free reference management program with which students can create references and even entire bibliographies quickly, easily and in accordance with the required citation style.
Zotero is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
Put simply, Zotero can assist students with their academic work by collecting, managing and citing different sources – from books to e-journals.
This introductory course will show you how to work with Zotero and how the program can be used to make collecting, organizing and managing references easier.
